The staff were friendly and quick to help with local recommendations. The room was spacious and clean, with an inviting kitchenette. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Fifth Avenue, yet peaceful.

Loved my lovely stay during a long vacation. Its location was very central, close to Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. There were supermarkets and shopping malls around the hotel.

Location: the hotel was short walk to a beautiful restaurant, 10 minutes away walking from the ferry to Cozumel and Cancun airport. I visited Cerveceria Chapultepec right at the venue for a few drinks. The room was practical, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The room was spacious with enough power outlets and a huge TV. The balcony was perfect for enjoying sunsets, and the rooftop pool was a nice retreat. The staff was super friendly and the WiFi worked great 🌞

I loved lounging by the refreshing pool after a hot day and soaking up some sun on the terrace. The only downside was some noise from the street, but it didn't ruin my vibe at all. Pro tip, don't forget to check if they have your belongings ready if you leave something behind 😄

Everything was perfect and rooms were silent and generous-sized. The hotel was located in a perfect and good place, close to a bus stop. A supermarket and a mall were right next door.

Great location, but the bed was a bit hard.

Parking quickly became a hassle. The designated person watching the lot was rarely around, leading to long waits to access it. Even on returning during the day, the door was often shut, requiring multiple calls for assistance . The kitchenette lacked basic utensils making meal preparation frustrating.

The hotel looked decent at first glance, but the bed was harder than a rock-definitely not suitable for side sleepers, just an absolute tragedy. The staff seemed too busy to address my misplaced request for a complimentary upgrade, which would have been a nice touch after the noise from other guests. Such a missed opportunity.

The room was very big and cozy , had a kitchenette which was handy for making breakfast and late night snacks. Balcony was perfect for enjoying the quiet street while soaking up some sun.

It wasn't cheap , but you know what? It was still acceptable.

Man, this spot was mad dope. Room was spacious, loved chillin' on the balcony for some people-watching. Kitchenette came in clutch for late-night snacks. Staff was super friendly and always had the beach towels ready. Only downside? A bit of street noise if ya keep the windows open. I ain't mad at all!
